Remembering Richard Joseph Ricci: A Life Filled with Laughter and Love in Pace, Florida

Richard Joseph “Richie” Ricci, a beloved member of the Pace community, passed away on June 22, 2026, at the age of 52. Born on March 13, 1974, in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, he was the son of Richard and Diane Ricci. Richie was known for his vibrant personality and infectious sense of humor, always eager to bring joy to those around him.

An entertainer at heart, Richie had aspirations of becoming an actor and a deep love for music, baseball, cooking, and movies. His spirit of generosity and kindness left a lasting impact on his family and friends. Richie’s legacy is one of laughter and warmth, making every gathering a brighter experience.

Richie cherished his family above all else. He shared a meaningful life with his wife, Cynthia “Cindy” Ricci, and was immensely proud of his children: Nicolas, who serves in the United States Marine Corps, and Sofia, who is following in her father’s footsteps in acting. His family was his pride and joy, and he enjoyed every moment spent with them, whether visiting his parents or sharing laughs with his siblings.

After living in New Jersey and North Carolina, Richie found his home in Pace, Florida, where he created beautiful memories with Cindy and their children. He is survived by his wife, his two children, his parents, and his siblings, along with many extended family members and friends who were touched by his humor and kindness.
