Annie was preceded in death by her stepfather, Willie Reed; her mother, Isabel Reed; her husband, Youngblood Potter; and her son, David Potter, known affectionately as YD.

She is survived by her children: Wanda M. Bean of Fredericksburg, Virginia; Patricia S. Green, Guy A. Potter, and Stacie L. Jones, all of Navarre. Additionally, she leaves behind Akeem G. Potter of Navarre and Brother Timothy Lee Reed, along with 11 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

A memorial service is scheduled for Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Lewis Funeral Home Navarre Chapel, located at 7794 Navarre Parkway, Navarre, Florida 32566.
