Kelly is remembered by her husband of 34 years, Bobby Nigh, and her son, Gavin Nigh, along with daughter-in-law Amanda. She was a beloved grandmother, affectionately known as “Keepee” to her grandson Walker. Her legacy continues through her father, Fred Price, and her siblings, including sisters Cheryl Benton, Kym Willnecker, Cathy Ciccone, and Maria Blackmon, as well as brothers Gavin Price and Jimmie Martin.

A lifelong Beulah resident, Kelly was actively involved in her community, notably volunteering with the Beulah Volunteer Fire Department.
