Vallie Louise Walker, 94, of Pensacola, Passes Away

Vallie Louise Walker, a lifelong resident of Pensacola, Florida, passed away peacefully at the age of 94 on July 17, 2026, surrounded by her family. Born on August 27, 1931, in Atmore, Alabama, Vallie was known for her strong personality and unwavering spirit.

Her family described her as outspoken and honest, with a deep commitment to her faith. Vallie was a dedicated prayer warrior, consistently lifting her loved ones in prayer. Those who knew her will remember her for her authentic character and steadfast faith in God.

She is survived by her daughter, Betty; her sons, Tony (Patricia) and Danny (Nancy); and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, including Valerie, Bobby (Chastity), and many others. Vallie’s legacy continues through her beloved family, who will cherish her memory.

Vallie was preceded in death by her daughter, Gail; her son, Tim; her grandson, Michael; and her great-grandson, Christopher, along with her parents and several siblings.

A Celebration of Life service will take place on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at Faith Chapel North, officiated by Gary Thomas. Burial will follow at Judson Creek Cemetery in Atmore, Alabama. Friends and family are invited to gather from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home before the service.

Vallie will be deeply missed, and her love will remain in the hearts of all who knew her.
