Deputies knocked and announced their presence at the home in the 2600 block of Pleasant Valley Drive. Because they received no response, officers forced entry into the house. Inside, they found 22-year-old Antonio Krishawn Thompson on a living room couch next to an unidentified woman. The woman soon began having convulsions. Therefore, emergency medical services transported her to Baptist Hospital. Meanwhile, deputies detained 54-year-old Tania Cassandra Eddins near the front door.

• 3 grams of loose fentanyl
• 47 grams of methamphetamine
• A digital scale and packaging baggies

Furthermore, deputies found loose methamphetamine in several spots around the living room. This included 18 grams on a glass tray with a smoking pipe. They also found 13 grams in a jar and 12 grams on a shelf. In addition, Thompson had $1,330 in cash, sandwich bags, and multiple cell phones in his pocket.

He claimed the slide released while he cleared a round, causing the gun to misfire. Consequently, the single bullet passed through both Thompson and the female victim.
