Aimee was born on September 29, 1948, in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. She was the daughter of the late Katherine O’Keeffe Fisher and Marion Fisher. Her remarkable life was defined by extraordinary service, intellectual prowess, and a profound commitment to her faith and loved ones.

For 36 years, Aimee had a distinguished career with the Federal Aviation Administration. As a skilled attorney, she earned a master’s degree in law and served honorably as a Commander in the United States Navy Judge Advocate Corps. Her dedication to public service and professionalism set a high standard for her colleagues.

Aimee’s Christian faith was central to her life, and she actively participated in her church community, notably as a lecturer at the Chapel at Fort Belvoir in Alexandria, Virginia. In addition to her professional and spiritual pursuits, she enjoyed playing the piano, singing, and watching classic western films. Her warm spirit and sharp intellect left a lasting impression on those around her.

She is survived by her daughter, Katherine Francis Loi Fisher; her brothers, Patrick Edward Fisher and Stephen Fisher; and many nieces and nephews. Aimee also treasured her friendships with Jacqueline Shoemo, Patty, and Bernie Stauffer.

The family expresses heartfelt thanks to the team at Covenant Home Health for their exceptional care during Aimee’s final days. Honorary pallbearers will include her beloved brothers and nephews.
