Escambia County Weather Warning and Radar Tracking
At 447 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
I65 And AL 21, or 9 miles north of Atmore, moving south at 10 mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include…
Atmore, McCullough, I65 And CR 1, I65 And AL 21, Poarch Creek
Reservation, and Bratt.
