A proud graduate of Frontier High School, he was part of the Class of 2012 and was actively involved in sports, notably excelling in pole vaulting. Matthew also participated in the school’s mixed and men’s choirs.
After high school, he attended Bakersfield College and continued his passion for track and field, later transferring to the University of La Verne to pursue a degree in computer science.
