Stephen Oliver Edwards, a 49-year-old resident of Pensacola, tragically lost his life in a car accident on May 27, 2026, alongside his son, Tristan. A devoted family man, Stephen was born on August 26, 1976, and cherished his time spent with his children, often fishing and attending car meets to showcase his beloved Honda vehicles.
Known for his love of football, he was a passionate supporter of LSU and the Green Bay Packers. Stephen dedicated six years of his career to Native Café on the beach and was employed at The Pointe for three years at the time of his passing.
Stephen is survived by his daughter, Hailey Edwards, his girlfriend, Leslie Clark, and his ex-wife of 24 years, Mary Ellen Myrick. He also leaves behind his earthly parents, Mary and Bobby Adkisson, and siblings who adored him, including Sherry Travis and many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
