Community Mourns the Loss of Anthony Lee Wales, Sr.

Anthony Lee Wales, Sr., a lifelong resident of Milton, Florida, has passed away at the age of 50 on May 26, 2026. Born on August 20, 1975, he was a cherished father, son, brother, grandfather, and friend, known for his kindness and compassion.

Anthony was the son of Calvin Doyle Wales and the late Kathleen Allmond Barr. He is remembered fondly by his children: Angelique Wales, Willie Wales, Anthony Wales, Jr., EmmaLee Wales, and Adalynn Wales, as well as his six grandchildren who brought him immense joy. He also leaves behind his sisters, Jamie Smith and Amber Lundy, and numerous other family members and friends.

As a talented carpenter, Anthony transformed wood into beautiful works of art, earning respect for his craftsmanship and dedication to his trade. Outside of work, he enjoyed woodworking, fishing, and watching sunsets, reflecting his thoughtful nature.

Those who knew him will remember Anthony for his generous heart and unwavering kindness. His family shared his guiding principle: “You never know how much someone is struggling – always be kind.” This legacy of love and compassion will live on through the lives he touched.
