Anthony was the son of Calvin Doyle Wales and the late Kathleen Allmond Barr. He is remembered fondly by his children: Angelique Wales, Willie Wales, Anthony Wales, Jr., EmmaLee Wales, and Adalynn Wales, as well as his six grandchildren who brought him immense joy. He also leaves behind his sisters, Jamie Smith and Amber Lundy, and numerous other family members and friends.

As a talented carpenter, Anthony transformed wood into beautiful works of art, earning respect for his craftsmanship and dedication to his trade. Outside of work, he enjoyed woodworking, fishing, and watching sunsets, reflecting his thoughtful nature.
